I am a skilled Manual QA Engineer with experience in testing both web and mobile applications. My expertise includes working with bug tracking tools like Jira and Trello, web and mobile testing platforms such as BrowserStack, and UI/UX design tools like Figma. I have hands-on experience testing iOS and Android applications and strong documentation and communication skills that enable effective remote collaboration. Currently, I am expanding my knowledge by learning Postman for API testing.
My Journey in QA
My career in software testing began in 2019, when I completed a manual testing course at Brain Academy, followed by advanced software testing courses at SkillUp in 2020. From 2020 to 2022, I worked as a Manual Tester at Traffic Terminal, where I tested websites (primarily built with custom WordPress templates) and Android applications. In addition to testing, I was responsible for training new QA team members, reporting bugs using Google Spreadsheets, and tracking issues in Redmine and Trello.
Since 2022 to 2024, I worked at Eagle 3D Streaming, a pixel streaming platform. My responsibilities included:

✔️ Verifying and analyzing client bug reports
✔️ Creating and maintaining documentation
